The Aurora Aries solar-powered fence post cap light is a low-maintenance way to add accent lighting to a deck, patio, or fence line without running electrical wire.
Four LED spots recessed into the corners of the cap wash the post and the ground below in soft light. It marks stairs, gate posts, and property lines after dark while highlighting the finish of your railing or fence.
Because the Aries runs on solar power, there’s no wiring, no outlet, and no electrician required. The built-in solar panel recharges a high-capacity 700 mA battery during the day, and a photocell sensor turns the light on automatically at dusk.
On a full charge, the battery holds enough energy to illuminate the light for up to 14 hours, easily covering a full night. Keep in mind these are accent lights, designed to define edges and add a warm glow. They are not floodlights meant to fully illuminate a work or gathering area.
The Aries cap fits post sizes of 3-1/2”, 4”, 4-3/8”, 4-5/8”, 5”, and 5-1/2”, and is available in black, white, and bronze finishes to match your railing or fence hardware. Not every size is available in every color, so ask your MFOS representative for current availability.
Some post sizes require a conversion base to mount the light properly. Your MFOS sales representative can tell you which sizes need one before you order.
