Eight regions, each with its own ground conditions, permit rules and expectations about how a fence should look.

Larger lots, mature landscaping and active HOA review boards. Most projects here are aluminum pool enclosures and vinyl privacy runs that need approval before they go in.
Ballwin, Chesterfield, Des Peres, Ellisville, Kirkwood, Ladue, Manchester, Wildwood, Eureka
Older inner-ring neighborhoods with tighter lots and shorter runs, where matching the character of the street matters as much as the fence itself.
A mix of postwar subdivisions and newer commercial frontage. Replacement work and light commercial perimeter fence are both common here.
Newer construction and open subdivisions, where curb appeal and builder-grade fence replacement come up first.
St. Charles, O’Fallon, Wentzville, Cottleville
Rockier and more variable digging than the rest of the metro, with more acreage. This is where hard digging conditions actually show up, and we do not add surprise hard hole charges when they do.
Arnold, Barnhart, Byrnes Mill, Cedar Hill, De Soto, Festus, High Ridge, House Springs, Imperial
Further south and more rural, with longer property lines and more post and rail than privacy fence.
Farmington, Bonne Terre, Park Hills, Desloge
Small-town and rural properties west of the metro, where fence lines run long and site access matters more than screening.
Pacific, Union, Saint Clair
Collinsville and the Metro East are part of the same metro we have served since 1994, and the same crews install there.
Illinois is not simply Missouri with a different address. Collinsville requires a permit for a new fence, where much of our Missouri service area does not. Front yard fences there cap at four feet and have to be at least fifty percent transparent, and the finished side has to face outward.
Those rules change what you can build before anything is ordered, which is why the Collinsville fence company page walks through them in detail.
