Gates that match
Order a vinyl picket fence gate in the same style as your panels, along with line, corner and end posts and the caps for them. A blank post takes no panels, so it is the usual hinge or latch post when a gate sits beside the house. A 3-way post takes panels on three sides.

Panels come as whole 8 ft sections, so the count rounds up. The post count assumes one straight run. Every corner, end or gate changes it, so send us a sketch and we will list everything you need.

Which picket style should I choose?
Classic styles are named for the top of the picket: spade, dog-ear or straight. Closed picket styles set the pickets closer together, which gives more privacy and a tighter look. Each product page lists its heights and colors.
How tall can I go?
Heights run from 3 ft to 6 ft depending on the style, and the 4 ft vinyl picket fence is the height we keep in stock. Local rules and your HOA decide how tall you can build, so check them first. Our fence height rules and HOA fence guide explain how.
Is a picket fence allowed near a pool?
Several closed picket styles are marked pool-code compliant on their product pages, and Cape Cod is not. Your city's rule for pools decides, so confirm it before you order.
Does vinyl need painting?
No. Vinyl does not rot, warp or need paint.
