History timeline:

• Tim Kelley and Bryan Overmann developed the concept of a fence company by offering various maintenance-free products to customers in the metropolitan Saint Louis and Illinois areas.
• Maintenance-Free Outdoor Solutions, Inc. (MFOS) was conceived in 1994
• In January of 1995, Tim and Bryan quit their jobs to run Maintenance-Free Outdoor Solutions fence company full-time
• Within a couple of years, as the business grew, they doubled their warehouse space in the West Lark Industrial Park, Fenton, Missouri
• In late 1990, when the vinyl and aluminum fence market started to emerge, they quickly outgrew their Fenton location and began to look for a new and more permanent home
• In 2000, they moved into a prominent location in Arnold, Missouri, where they continue as a fence company operating today
