Description
Available in both continuous and non-continuous along straight flat and stair runs, this will provide you the versatility needed should you reside in an area requiring continuous grasp-ability. Please note that although the continuous version of the 1-5/8” Elite Top™ will comply to most local codes for continuous grasp-ability, this style is only continuous over line posts where there is no change in grade, and not continuous over end, corner, or flat to stair posts. Matching gates in standard widths of 3’, 3’6”, and 4’ wide, along with ball caps to fit any size posts are available to make your railing one-of-a-kind!
This style is available in heights of 3’ and 3’6”, fully assembled flat and stair section widths of 2’, 4’, and 6’ wide, 1” square pickets with 3-3/4” picket spacing, in 2-Rail or 3-Rail, and in Elite’s seven standard colors of Black, Black Matte, Quaker Bronze, Quaker Bronze Matte, White, Beige and Hartford Green. Elite’s superior powder-coated paint finish is classified as “Super Durable” by meeting and exceeding Industry Standard AAMA 2604-05, and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against cracking, chipping, or peeling. Elite offers standard 2”, 2-1/2”, 3”, and 4” square posts that are optimal for use in installations requiring core-drilling into concrete, and also offers these same sized posts as “Screw Boss with Flange Plate” posts which allows you to secure a flange plate to the bottom of the post. The flange plate can then be secured to concrete, wood, or other surfaces by using the appropriate anchors. Decorative flange covers are available for all sized posts to cover the flange plates.
