Description
Backed with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, the Tropical Collection deck boards are stain, scratch, split, mold & mildew, moisture, and insect resistant. They are also impervious to moisture and insects. Offered in a grooved profile, you can have a completely fastener-free surface when used with Concealoc® Hidden Fasteners. Matching 12” wide x 12’ long fascia boards are available to be used as fascia and risers.
For stair areas, AZEK recommends an optional solid-edged deck board and color coordinated Toploc™ screws be used to secure your steps to your stair stringers. This method will provide a more secure installation, and the solid edge of the board will be more attractive than a grooved board for people to see as they walk up the steps. An alternate method to face screw your Tropical Collection step boards is to use the Cortex® hidden fastening system. This screw and plug method reduces the visibility of the face screws since the plugs cover these screws.
